Rare Wedgwood Imari Style Biscuit Barrel with no Lid

A lovely Imari style ceramic container; once a biscuit barrel now a lovely storage container or even plant pot. Lovely burnt red and gold decoration on a ridged profile. Metal decorative rim, tarnished to a dark finish.

Condition: This item DOES NOT have a lid, the gilding is worn in places and metal tarnished, I have left rather than polished it.
