Old School Skirt Hem Measurer

A fun little piece of history from the tailor shop. An 19 inch tall stick with measurements along one side. Stand next to it and measure your skirt hem all the way around to be marked up to be tailored.

The top detaches from the base when not in use.

Condition: Age related wear particularly to the base.
