I am happy to offer a refund within 14 days if the item proves faulty or inaccurate to the description/photographs provided in the listing. 

If the item arrives damaged in anyway please get in touch so I can launch a case with the courier and a refund in part or full can be provided depending on the case and evidence provided. 

Shipping Info

I ship almost everyday of the week!

Everything is sent via Royal Mail and the cost depends on the value of your item (sometimes the size) to make sure it is sent fully covered. Lots of things I send are delicate so everything is wrapped well though I try and re-use packaging wherever safe to do so.

I source around the South of England with occasional tripes to Europe.

I also buy group lots and collections from private sellers who are looking to clear out or down size. I do online consultations and then arrange a time to value the items which can also include a clear out and donation of any of items.
